Job summary

Clarvida in Pennsylvania is hiring a Behavioral Consultant ABA to provide in-community behavioral health support to youth ages 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other service providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This is a direct care and supervisory role with strong clinical insight and documentation expectations.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• At least 1 year of full-time ABA experience or BCaBA/undergrad cert accepted.
• Experience supervising or overseeing ABA services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA strategies prescribed by licensed professionals.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and updates aligned to treatment goals.
