Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to deliver in-community behavioral health support for youths ages 2–21 in Pennsylvania. The role involves leading assessments, developing ITPS, and collaborating with families and schools to implement ABA-aligned interventions.

Strong clinical insight and documentation skills are essential for success. Eligible candidates include PA Behavior Specialist license holders or BCBA, with related graduate degrees and practicum or direct service experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist or hold BCBA certification.
• Graduate degree in ABA, psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
• Experience in mental health direct services with youth or practicum.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies prescribed by a licensed clinician.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular progress updates.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support progress.
