Job summary

Schweitzer is seeking a hands-on Yoga Studio Manager to coordinate instructors, schedules, and front desk operations. You will develop yoga programming, manage staff, and promote events, classes, and retreats while ensuring excellent member experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, strict adherence to safety and insurance policies, and collaboration with trainers for workshops and teacher training. Mindbody software knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Three years supervisory experience is required.
• Three years related experience and/or training.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and secure yoga instructors and weekly class schedule.
• Manage desk and instructor staff and front desk operations.
• Produce and promote the studio with yoga content, retreats, and workshops.
• Coordinate schedules for events, workshops, and teacher training.
• Monitor memberships, discounts, and product sales.
