Job summary

Palisades Tahoe is seeking a Yoga Studio Manager to lead a team of 15–20 staff, coordinate instructors, schedules and front-desk operations. Build instructor base, manage payments, and maintain MindBody scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include creating programming for classes, workshops, and events, plus promoting the studio through content creation and retail oversight. On-site role supporting guest experience year-round.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; prefer Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience leading teams and managing staff operations.
• Strong communication and scheduling skills; customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate yoga instructors and weekly class schedule.
• Manage desk staff, handle substitutions and client accounts.
• Promote the studio with yoga content and workshops; manage events.
