Job summary

CorePower Yoga seeks a Studio Manager in Newton to lead daily studio operations, coach teachers, and grow the community. You will manage the teaching team, drive membership growth, and ensure exceptional in-studio experiences.

The role requires 2+ years in studio leadership, with 200HR certification preferred. You will work a 40+ hour week, including weekends, and partner with the District Manager to hit KPIs and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager or leadership role.
• Facilitation and training experience required; 200HR certification preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on growing community and meeting KPIs.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and scheduling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day studio operations and teach, coach, and recruit staff as needed.
• Collaborate with sales to drive membership growth and retention.
• Recruit, onboard, and train teachers and studio staff.
• Meet targets for membership, class counts, attendance and NPS.
• Plan schedules via analytics to reflect student needs and preferences.
