Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Studio Manager to lead day-to-day studio operations and coach a team of teachers and support staff. You will ensure a premium in-studio experience, manage schedules, and drive membership growth while upholding CorePower values.

You will train instructors, collaborate with the sales team, and maintain high NPS through outstanding customer service and community building. This role requires 40+ hours weekly, including weekends, and a focus on studio success in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required; 200HR certified preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting KPIs.
• Works well cross-functionally with diverse personalities and levels of seniority.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own all processes related to day-to-day operations of the studio including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinator(s).
• Key leader with local sales in generating membership leads to achieve studio goals (founding membership openings where applicable).
• Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff according to class count goals.
• Meet and exceed targets related to membership, teacher training revenue, class count and client retention (NPS).
• Lead and recruit for Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) to support recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of Teachers and Studio Experience Team to deliver excellent studio/class experiences.
