Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Studio Manager in Hoboken to lead daily studio operations, coach teachers, and deliver a premium in-studio experience. You will recruit, train, and guide your team, manage schedules, and partner with the District Manager to drive membership growth and achieve studio goals.

You should have at least two years of studio leadership, strong facilitation and training skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset focused on community growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required; 200HR certified preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting KPIs such as membership and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own all processes related to the day-to-day operations of the studio including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinator(s).
• Lead local sales collaboration to generate membership leads and meet studio membership goals (including Founding Membership openings).
• Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff according to class count goals.
• Meet and exceed performance targets related to membership, training revenue, class count, attendance, retention and NPS.
• Lead Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) to support recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of teachers and Studio Experience Team to deliver outstanding studio experiences.
• Stabilize studio growth post-opening and sustain revenue, profitability, and culture.
