Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC in Chicago-West Loop is seeking a Studio Manager to lead operations, coach teachers, and deliver a premium in-studio experience. You will build a high-performing team of teachers and SET members, partner with the District Manager, and drive membership and class revenue.

This role requires at least 2 years in studio management or leadership, strong training skills, and the ability to align with CorePower values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience; 200HR certification preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to meet KPIs like membership and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own day-to-day studio operations including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinator(s).
• Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff according to class count goals.
• Meet and exceed targets for membership, training revenue, class count and attendance.
• Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week in multiple formats to support studio success.
• Communicate policies and align with CoreValues and organizational standards.
