Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC. is seeking a Studio Manager in Upper Arlington to lead and deliver a world-class CorePower Yoga experience. You will oversee studio operations, ensure a premium in-studio environment, and train a team of yoga teachers and staff.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, a passion for community building, and a commitment to exceeding performance targets. This full-time position requires flexibility, including weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a studio manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Facilitation and training experience required, 200HR certified preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of the yoga studio, ensuring a premium experience.
• Act as a business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio.
• Meet and exceed performance targets related to membership and client retention.
• Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week.
