Job summary

CorePower Yoga in Boulder, CO seeks a Studio Manager to deliver a world-class in-studio experience. You will own day-to-day studio operations, lead the teaching team and Studio Coordinators, and partner with sales to generate membership growth while upholding a premium, clean, and safe environment.

You will teach at least 4 classes per week, work 40+ hours including one weekend day, and train staff to meet performance metrics (membership, attendance, retention, NPS).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting or exceeding key performance metrics.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse personalities and styles at different levels of seniority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of a yoga studio and coach and inspire the CorePower classroom experience.
• Own day-to-day studio operations, including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinators.
• Partner with the local sales team to generate membership leads and achieve studio membership goals.
• Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff.
• Meet performance targets for membership, teacher training revenue, class count, attendance, client retention, and NPS.
• Lead and recruit for Teacher Training programs, including 200HR, 50HR, and intensives.
