Job summary

CorePower Yoga in San Francisco seeks a Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations, coach teachers, and deliver a premium in-studio experience that reflects the CorePower brand.

You will recruit and train staff, drive membership growth, and partner with the District Manager to ensure sustainable studio success and community engagement. This role requires 40+ hours weekly with some weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required, 200HR certified preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Lead day-to-day operations, manage teaching team, and collaborate with sales to grow membership.
• Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff; meet targets for membership, revenue, and attendance.
• Develop TT programs to support teacher recruitment and revenue; ensure high class experience.
