Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support studio operations and uphold high health and safety standards. You will work with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, program enrollment, and community engagement both inside and outside the studio.

This role requires strong communication, customer service experience, and familiarity with studio systems. A flexible schedule, teaching opportunity if certified, and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Completion of Yoga Alliance 200-hour program is preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems (POS, HRIS, payroll, scheduling).
• Ability to build relationships across diverse staff and students.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Studio Manager in achieving studio goals and growth.
• Maintain studio operations, health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate front desk, scheduling, and member engagement.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of SET staff.
• Lead orientation and training for SET team.
• Assist in teaching and sub responsibilities as needed.
