Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations, coach a team of teachers, and deliver a premium in-studio experience for the community. You will build and guide a team of instructors and SET members to uphold CorePower’s values while achieving studio goals.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in studio management or leadership, with 200HR certification preferred. You will work primarily in-studio, with 40+ hours weekly and some weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager or leadership role.
• 200HR certification preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growing community and meeting KPIs.
• Works well cross functionally with diverse personalities and styles.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Lead studio operations and supervise the teaching team.
• Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff to meet class count goals.
• Meet and exceed targets for membership, teaching revenue, class counts, attendance and retention.
• Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week across formats.
• Collaborate with analytics to optimize schedules for your community.
