Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support world-class studio operations and the student experience. You will work with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, programming enrollment, and community engagement while maintaining high health and safety standards.

You will teach a minimum of 6 CorePower Yoga classes per week (if certified) and help with subbing to ensure schedule coverage.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems such as HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling and payroll systems.
• Ability to build relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent time management.
• College (BA/BS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support studio class schedule by teaching a minimum of 6 CorePower Yoga classes per week and assist with subbing as needed.
• Assist in studio operations, front desk guidance, and team support.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio and ensure supply inventory is sufficient.
• Coordinate Studio Experience Team (SET) hiring, shifts, and training.
• Assist in coordinating HRIS, POS, reservations, and payroll processes.
