Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support world-class studio operations and uphold health and safety standards. You will work with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, and staff recruitment, while maintaining a flexible 18–29 hour weekly in-studio schedule.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Value.
• Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems such as HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling and payroll systems.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse personalities and seniorities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize under deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• College BA/BS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support studio operations and health and safety standards.
• Assist in achieving membership growth, retail sales, and programming enrollment.
• Maintain an 18–29 hour per week in-studio schedule with flexibility.
• Serve as point of contact when Studio Manager is absent (up to 20 hours).
• Manage studio supplies and cleanliness inventory.
• Greet students, build community, and assist at front desk.
• Support teaching staff with POS and pre/post class duties.
• Train and orient new Studio Experience Team members.
