YMCA in Jonestown, KY is seeking a Member Service Staff to deliver customer service, handle membership sales and changes, and manage program/class registration and facility tours. You will greet members, assist with inquiries, and act as liaison between members and staff to ensure a positive experience.

This PT, nonexempt role requires strong organization, computer and communication skills, with a focus on friendly, welcoming service and alignment with the YMCA mission.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service experience encouraged.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy front-desk setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service and membership sales/changes.
• Handle program/class registration and tour scheduling.
• Act as liaison between members and program staff.
• Maintain neat, clean front desk area and assist with inquiries.
• Assist with registration and phone inquiries.
