Job summary

Talentify is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to greet and assist YMCA members, promote memberships and programs, and provide exceptional service at the front desk. You will tour prospective members, answer questions, and help create a welcoming environment.

The role offers flexible hours (10–29 per week) and opportunities for advancement within the YMCA, including potential coaching or supervision tracks. Prior customer service experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Give quality tours to potential new members.
• Promote and sell memberships and other YMCA programs.
• Be knowledgeable about program offerings and look up accurate information when needed.
• Greet members by name and scan members in.
• Build relationships and help retain members.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service.
• Multitask at a busy front desk while staying organized.
• Participate in paid trainings and team meetings.
• Perform light cleaning duties and hospitality tasks.
