Job summary

YMCA of Greater Louisville is seeking a Part Time Member Services Associate at the Oldham County Family YMCA – Buckner, KY. You will greet members, answer phones, process registrations, and handle membership functions in our software, delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 21+ preferred.

• Create welcoming environment and build genuine relationships.
• Answer phones, complete program registrations, membership sales, and proficiently perform all membership functions in the membership software system.
• Using good listening skills, deliver member-focused tours to potential new members and provide excellent service to active members.
• Strong organizational, computer, communication, and interpersonal skills desired.
• The ability and willingness to learn, multi-task with good problem solving skills, along with excellent customer service/sales skills are essential.
