Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience hands‑on with mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, or semiconductor processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel VBA.
• Customer-focused mindset from a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and identify root cause and define the action plan for solution.
• Execute action plans independently and handle most technical problems on his/her own.
• Escalate when needed by providing clear problem statements and technical communication.
• Interface regularly with internal and external customers on planning and action progress.
• Adhere to safety requirements including pre-work safety assessments and PPE usage.
