Job summary

ASML seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, repair and maintain ASML systems at customer sites, ensuring peak performance and knowledge transfer to customers. You will work with Customer Support and field teams to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and implement improvements with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Travel up to 20% continentally with occasional worldwide travel. A BS in engineering and 3 years of DUV lithography experience are required, and you will report to the Site

Qualifications

• BS degree in an Engineering field or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.
• 3 years of ASML DUV lithography/Yieldstar experience within CS Field organization.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, qualification, repair, and maintenance of ASML systems at customer sites.
• Transfer knowledge to the customer and train users in routine maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, perform repairs, and implement improvements.
• Engage in tool health monitoring and drive continuous improvements at the site.
• Prepare technical reports and coordinate with support resources as needed.
• Travel up to 20% continentally with occasional worldwide travel.
