Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer YieldStar to install, qualify, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair metrology equipment at customer sites in Austin, Texas. You will work directly with customer engineers and ASML teams to ensure tool performance and customer commitments, with travel for training and cross-site support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's engineering degree or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Customer Support department for high tech products.
• Minimum 2 years' experience of ASML lithography/metrology system or similar technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and identify root cause and define action plan for solution.
• Execute action plans independently; handle most technical problems on your own.
• Escalate when needed with clear problem statements and technical communication.
• Interface regularly with internal & external customers on planning and progress.
• Travel internationally and domestically for training or cross-site support.
