Job summary

ASML US, LLC in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform installations, repairs and maintenance on Cymer lithography equipment at customer sites. This night-shift role offers a compressed work week and requires travel to customer locations.

You will analyze problems, document service reports, and communicate with customers and internal teams. A minimum of 3 years in optics/semiconductor field service plus strong electronics is preferred.

Qualifications

High School education or equivalent; some college preferred.
3+ years of field service engineering experience; optics/semiconductor exp preferred.
Strong electronics knowledge and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot Cymer equipment at customer sites or by phone.
Install, repair, retrofit, upgrade and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
Provide service education to customer staff and ensure spare parts availability.
Complete service reports and travel as required for site support.
