ASML US, LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the Customer Solutions & Support team. The role focuses on installing, repairing and maintaining ASML lithography systems at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and knowledge transfer to customer staff.

Responsibilities include on-site installation, diagnostics, and repairs, health monitoring of tools, and driving improvements while collaborating with field support. Travel is involved to customer sites as required.

Formación

• BS degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.
• Must have 3 years of ASML DUV lithography/Yieldstar experience within CS Field organization.

Responsabilidades

• Install, qualification, repair, and maintenance of ASML systems at customer sites.
• Transfer knowledge to customers and train users in routine maintenance.
• Monitor tool health and drive continuous improvements on site.
• Analyze applicability and adherence to design specifications and diagnose problems.
• Escalate issues to supporting resources when needed.
• Prepare technical reports and field service documentation.
• Provide support to less experienced ASML personnel as needed.
