Qualifications

• Ph.D. in semiconductor science-related STEM degree in engineering, physical science, computer science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in advanced semiconductor devices and process flow.
• 2+ years of experience with data analysis systems and software tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop methods and systems to consolidate and analyze big data sources for defect mode understanding and yield modeling.
• Perform statistical analysis, create visualizations, and construct process development roadmaps for yield milestones.
• Extract insights from structured and unstructured data using statistics, ML, and coding techniques.
• Collaborate with design teams to resolve yield issues and ensure manufacturability across process and product specs.
