Intel Corporation in the US (Arizona, Phoenix) is seeking a Yield Development Engineer to identify yield limiters across advanced technology nodes. You will analyze large manufacturing datasets, build statistical models, and drive process improvements to enhance yield and manufacturability.

This role sits in Intel's Yield Organization and supports ramp readiness. The position requires strong data analytics skills, experience with Python/SQL/JMP, and familiarity with wafer/substrate yield

Qualifications

• Requires strong data analysis and engineering analysis tooling
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and JMP for big data analysis
• Understanding of wafer/substrate process flows relevant to yield

Responsabilités

• Analyze manufacturing and experimental data to identify yield limiters and recommend process changes
• Develop statistical models and visualizations to roadmap process development
• Consolidate diverse data sources using coding, ML, and statistics for insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug yield limiters in design, test, and process development
• Perform fault isolation and failure analysis using ATE testing, DFx software, optical probing, and layout studies
