Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering/science field with 4+ years of yield analysis experience
• Experience with data mining tools and scripting
• Root cause analysis and problem solving in semiconductor manufacturing

Responsabilidades

• Perform detailed analysis to monitor inline yield and identify root causes of defects and yield issues.
• Lead/participate in cross-functional problem-solving teams to troubleshoot yield problems.
• Lead continuous improvement projects on products and processes to improve performance.
• Provide expertise on process flow segments and tool behavior to improve capability.
