Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking a LTD Product Development Engineer to drive test program development and validation for yield, performance, and reliability improvements. The role collaborates with TD, Foundry Program, Yield, Design, Device and Quality teams to ensure robust testing across wafers and modules.

The position requires advanced degrees with hands-on testing experience and programming in Unix/C/C++ or Python. On-site presence is required in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS with relevant field and industry experience required.
• Experience with electrical measurements and device characterization.
• Some programming experience in Unix, C/C++, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Defining test plans and roadmaps with key customers consistent with tool capabilities and resources.
• Developing test content for parametric (ETest), cache (array), or AMS test programs.
• Coordinating and validating the results for new products through Test operations.
• Documenting and validating changes to existing test programs.
• Modifying test conditions for engineering requests and summarizing the results.
• Collaborating with Tester Module engineers to improve operations and tool performance.
• Debug of unexpected test results.
