Job summary

Intel is seeking an experienced LTD Product Development Engineer in Hillsboro, Oregon, on-site. You will develop and validate test programs used to improve yield, performance and reliability, coordinating with TD, Foundry, Yield, Design, Device, and Quality/Reliability teams.

Qualifications include a PhD or MS with 3+ years in product development, plus experience with electrical measurements, device design, and some programming in Unix, C/C++, or Python.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical measurements or device design/characterization.
• Some programming experience in Unix, C/C++, Python.

Responsibilities

• Define test plans and roadmaps with key customers aligned to tool capabilities and resources.
• Develop test content for parametric, cache, or AMS test programs.
• Coordinate and validate results for new products through Test operations.
• Document and validate changes to existing test programs.
• Modify test conditions for engineering requests and summarize results.
• Collaborate with Tester Module engineers to improve operations and tool performance.
• Debug unexpected test results.
