Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop methods to consolidate and analyze diverse data for defect modes and yield modeling.
• Perform statistical analysis, create visualizations, and roadmap yield milestones.
• Extract insights from structured/unstructured data using statistics, ML, and coding.
• Identify yield limiters and recommend process changes for yield improvement.
• Collaborate with design teams to resolve yield issues before ramping production.
