Job summary

National Church Residences seeks a Training Specialist to plan, develop, and deliver Yardi and related platform training for Affordable Housing teams. You will conduct in-person, virtual, and coaching sessions, and tailor content for property managers and compliance staff.

Responsibilities include creating guides, maintaining knowledge resources, and aligning training with regulatory requirements. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and 3+ years with Yardi Voyager is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience with Yardi Voyager.
• Experience delivering technical/system training in property management or affordable housing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver training for Yardi and connected platforms.
• Conduct in-person, virtual, and coaching sessions for staff.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and video tutorials.
• Create an online Knowledge Base and track training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Compliance and IT teams to align content with policies.
