This role requires 5+ years in software or business process consulting, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in software or business process consulting.
• Proven ability to manage multi-touchpoint projects.
• Strong client-centered approach and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 desktop applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting services and implementation support to a portfolio of assigned Yardi clients.
• Advise client stakeholders on Yardi solutions to improve operational efficiency and meet strategic goals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of consulting projects—from discovery to post-implementation—ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and continuously improve service delivery.
