Job summary

Basis Industrial is seeking a Yardi Systems Administrator to optimize the company’s Yardi system and related modules. This full-time remote role will be the primary point of contact for Yardi support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain reliable systems, troubleshoot, and build custom reports/dashboards.

The role requires 5+ years of Yardi Voyager experience, strong property management knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into Yardi solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Computer Science, Business Analytics or similar field.
• 5+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager in an admin role.
• Strong understanding of commercial property management workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting software issues and supporting end users.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day administrator of the Yardi platform.
• Manage and resolve Yardi support tickets from internal users.
• Monitor system performance and optimize Yardi and related systems.
• Administer user access, security roles, and property setup.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and automations.
• Support month-end close and provide end-user training and onboarding.
• Collaborate with departments to translate business needs into Yardi solutions.
