From system configuration to troubleshooting and training, you will be a trusted resource throughout the client journey. A track record of collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering value is essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in software or business-process consulting or equivalent customer-facing consulting.
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple touchpoints.
• Proven client-centered commitment and focus.
• Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, sound decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality consulting services and software implementation support to a portfolio of assigned Yardi clients.
• Advise client stakeholders on Yardi solutions to improve operational efficiency and meet strategic goals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of consulting projects—from discovery to post-implementation—ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and continuously improve service delivery.
