Job summary

Beam Living in New York, NY is seeking a Yardi Analyst to support day-to-day operations and optimize use of our Yardi platform. You will own L1/L2 cases, troubleshoot across Voyager modules, and translate user needs into scalable configurations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience with Yardi Voyager and related platforms in a technical capacity.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager modules: Residential, Commercial, Accounting, P2P, Job Cost, Fixed Asset, SiteManager, VoyagerPlus, SI Flex, Concierge, RentCafe, VendorCafe, etc.
• Voyager 8 & CRM IQ experience is nice to have.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of property management workflows.
• Exposure to SQL and reporting tools; analytical mindset.
• Able to analyze system behavior and present improvements to stakeholders.
• Skilled at managing support tickets and delivering excellent end-user service.
• Collaborative, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own L1 and L2 support cases, delivering timely and strategic resolutions.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for Yardi Voyager 7s, SiteManager, RentCafe, and related modules as well as other applications including the Resident Application.
• Analyze and document user needs that may result in configuration changes or enhancements.
• Configure, test, and maintain settings and workflows to ensure system security and optimal operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to translate operational needs into scalable product solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure resolution of cases and issues.
• Assist in testing new features, implementations, and support training efforts.
• Create support documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
• Escalate critical issues with well-documented context and analysis.
