Stellar Management seeks a Yardi Systems Analyst to administer the Yardi Voyager ecosystem across Asset Management, Accounting, and Property Management. You will build dashboards, automate reporting, and own data workflows for a large NYC portfolio.

The role offers on-site work at corporate NY, with growth into broader systems and data responsibilities. Bachelor's in IS/CS/Finance/Real Estate or related field required, 1+ year Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on Yardi Voyager experience in real estate or accounting.
• Experience with Yardi configuration, reports, or end-user support.
• Strong data and analytical skills with SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
• Experience gathering requirements, UAT, and documenting processes.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Yardi Voyager and modules across teams.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) for leadership.
• Gather requirements and translate to system configurations and docs.
• Support implementations, upgrades, integrations, and data migrations.
• Develop automation to reduce manual work in reporting.
• Maintain data integrity with reconciliations and controls.
• Triage and resolve system issues; liaison with vendors.
