Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, dock, yard, or transport environment.
• Coordinate dock/yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Follow safety standards and escalation protocols.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead dock-related activities and coordinating trailer movements.
• Monitor dock conditions and stop-work if unsafe.
• Collaborate with site ops, transportation, yard services, and customer teams.
• Ensure dock activities align with safety guidelines and SOPs.
• Support 7S workspace standards and yard organization.
• Use Office 365/Google Suite to track activity and report issues.
• Provide coverage to site leadership and peers as needed.
