Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of omni-channel External Identity and Access Management capabilities across Insurance and enterprise partners.

The role connects product leadership across multiple Humana units and tech teams to deliver secure, low-friction identity experiences. The Lead PM will manage the XIAM backlog, prioritize features, and ensure delivery aligns with regulatory requirements, customer needs, and measurable business

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience in product management and digital product strategy.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and roadmaps, manage integrated backlogs, write outcome-oriented requirements, and translate strategy into executable plans.
• Experience aligning multiple business areas or brands around shared enterprise capabilities and resolving competing priorities.
• Experience using data, customer insights, operational feedback, and risk considerations to make prioritization decisions and evaluate outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile product delivery, Jira or Azure DevOps, portfolio planning, funding alignment, and dependency management.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and influence skills across business, technical, and executive audiences
