Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of omni-channel External Identity and Access Management (XIAM) capabilities.

You will lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery across Insurance, CenterWell, Go365, and CarePlus Health Plans, ensuring secure and low-friction identity experiences across channels. You will manage integrated backlogs, drive modernization of identity platforms, and partner with engineering, security, and compliance teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience in product management, digital product strategy, platform product management, identity and access management, or related roles.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Ability to define product strategy and roadmaps, manage integrated backlogs, write outcome-oriented requirements, and translate strategy into executable plans.
• Experience aligning multiple business areas around shared enterprise capabilities and resolving competing priorities.
• Experience using data, customer insights, and risk considerations to prioritize decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira or Azure DevOps, and portfolio planning.

Responsibilities

• Define XIAM product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Own and prioritize the XIAM backlog across domains and journeys.
• Balance capabilities, modernization, security, and operational needs in prioritization.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure backlog readiness and transparent tradeoffs.
• Provide visibility into roadmap status, risks, and value realization.
• Lead cross-portfolio collaboration across enterprise partners.
• Drive lifecycle from discovery through launch, adoption, and modernization.
