Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Progressive experience in product management, digital product strategy, platform product management, identity and access management, or related roles.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and roadmaps, manage integrated backlogs, write outcome-oriented requirements, and translate strategy into executable plans.
• Experience aligning multiple business areas or brands around shared enterprise capabilities and resolving competing priorities.

• Define and communicate XIAM product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Own and prioritize integrated XIAM backlog across partners, domains, platforms, and journeys.
• Balance enterprise capabilities, modernization, security, compliance, and business needs when prioritizing work.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure backlog readiness and transparent tradeoff decisions.
• Provide visibility into roadmap status, risks, and value realization.
• Lead cross-team collaboration across Insurance, CenterWell, Go365, and other enterprise partners.
• Drive modernization of identity platforms and journeys for security, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensure acceptance criteria are explicit, actionable, and testable.
