Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Lead Product Manager to drive the XIAM strategy, roadmap, and execution across omni-channel identity and access management. You will own the backlog, align multiple teams, and steer modernization efforts to lower friction and improve security and user experience across channels.

You will partner with insurers, care plans, and technology teams to deliver measurable value, ensuring compliance and enterprise alignment. Strong cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience in product management, digital product strategy, platform product management, identity and access management.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Ability to define product strategy and roadmaps, manage integrated backlogs, and translate strategy into executable plans.
• Experience aligning multiple business areas around shared enterprise capabilities.
• Experience using data and customer insights to prioritize decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile product delivery and Jira/Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Define XIAM product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Own and prioritize integrated XIAM backlog across partners and journeys.
• Lead cross-portfolio collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive modernization of identity platforms and journeys.
• Ensure delivery readiness, monitoring, and post-launch optimization.
