Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of omni-channel External Identity and Access Management (XIAM) across multiple Humana brands. You’ll lead discovery through launch, aligning with security, compliance, and user experience goals.

You will oversee cross-portfolio programs, balance dependencies, and drive modernization of identity platforms while focusing on measurable business outcomes and customer value. Hybrid/remote work available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and roadmaps, manage integrated backlogs, write outcome-oriented requirements.
• Experience aligning multiple business areas or brands around shared enterprise capabilities and resolving competing priorities.
• Experience using data, customer insights, operational feedback, and risk considerations to make prioritization decisions and evaluate outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile product delivery, Jira or Azure DevOps, portfolio planning, funding alignment, and dependency management.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and influence skills across business, technical, and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Own and prioritize the XIAM backlog across domains and customer journeys.
• Balance modernization, security, and compliance with business value in priority decisions.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure roadmap readiness and transparent tradeoffs.
• Lead cross-portfolio collaboration and maintain stakeholder communications.
