Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Lead Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and execution for omni-channel XIAM capabilities.

You will guide cross-functional teams across Insurance, CenterWell, Go365, and more, prioritizing an integrated XIAM backlog that delivers secure, seamless identity experiences. You will translate customer and regulatory needs into actionable plans, drive modernization of identity platforms, and measure outcomes across adoption, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience in product management or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Ability to define strategy, roadmaps, and executable plans.
• Experience aligning multiple brands around shared enterprise capabilities.
• Data-driven prioritization and risk management.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and backlog tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define XIAM product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Coordinate omni-channel identity experiences across brands.
• Prioritize integrated backlog, communicate value and criteria.
• Balance enterprise needs with security, compliance, and modernization.
• Lead cross-team collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure readiness, testing, release validation, and measurement.
