Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of omni-channel External Identity and Access Management (XIAM) capabilities.

You will lead the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, adoption, and optimization, ensuring secure, low-friction identity experiences across digital channels and brands. You will partner with Insurance, CenterWell, Go365, and technology teams to prioritize backlog, manage cross-portfolio dependencies, and drive value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience in product management, digital product strategy, platform product management, identity and access management, or related roles.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and roadmaps, manage integrated backlogs, write outcome-oriented requirements, and translate strategy into executable plans.
• Experience aligning multiple business areas or brands around shared enterprise capabilities and resolving competing priorities.
• Experience using data, customer insights, and risk considerations to make prioritization decisions and evaluate outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile product delivery, Jira or Azure DevOps, portfolio planning, funding alignment, and dependency management.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and influence skills across business, technical, and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define XIAM product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Own integrated XIAM backlog across partners, domains, platforms, and journeys.
• Balance enterprise capabilities with modernization, security, and performance needs.
• Partner with delivery teams to maintain backlog readiness and transparent tradeoffs.
• Provide visibility into roadmap status, risks, funding, milestones, and value realization.
• Lead cross-portfolio collaboration across Insurance, CenterWell, Go365, and enterprise teams.
