Humana Inc. seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of omni-channel XIAM capabilities across Humana's brands, ensuring secure, low-friction identity experiences.

You will manage the integrated XIAM backlog, align initiatives with enterprise priorities, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver modern identity platforms and journeys that scale across channels and regulatory needs.

Qualifikationen

• Progressive experience in product management, digital product strategy, platform product management, identity and access management, or related roles.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and roadmaps, manage integrated backlogs, write outcome-oriented requirements, and translate strategy into executable plans.
• Experience aligning multiple business areas or brands around shared enterprise capabilities and resolving competing priorities.
• Experience using data, customer insights, operational feedback, and risk considerations to make prioritization decisions and evaluate outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile product delivery, Jira or Azure DevOps, portfolio planning, funding alignment, and dependency management.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and influence skills across business, technical, and executive audiences.

• Define XIAM product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Own and prioritize the XIAM backlog across partners, domains, platforms, and customer journeys.
• Balance modernization, security/compliance, and business needs when prioritizing work.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure backlog readiness and transparent tradeoffs.
• Provide visibility into roadmap status, risks, funding needs, milestones, and value realization.
• Lead cross-portfolio collaboration across Insurance, CenterWell, Go365, and enterprise teams.
