Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience in product management, digital product strategy, platform product management, identity and access management, or related roles.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Ability to define product strategy and roadmaps, manage backlogs, write outcomes-focused requirements, and translate strategy into executable plans.
• Experience aligning multiple brands around shared enterprise capabilities and resolving competing priorities.
• Experience using data, customer insights, and risk considerations to prioritize and evaluate outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira or Azure DevOps, portfolio planning, and dependency management.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and influence skills across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define XIAM product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap across enterprise priorities.
• Own and prioritize the XIAM backlog across partners, domains, and journeys.
• Balance enterprise needs, modernization, security, and reliability in prioritization decisions.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure backlog readiness and transparent tradeoffs.
• Drive cross-team alignment and accountability for product direction and value realization.
• Lead discovery, business-case development, requirements, delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor adoption, outcomes, and optimization actions based on data and feedback.
• Ensure security, privacy, accessibility, and governance considerations are embedded in delivery.
