SimonMed Imaging is hiring X-Ray Technologists to deliver diagnostic X-ray exams with precision, compassion, and patient-centered care. You will ensure image quality, safety, and accurate documentation across PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required.
• Valid state licensure current.
• BLS certification current or in progress.
• 1-2 years of X-ray experience preferred; outpatient or ambulatory care experience a plus.
• Associate's degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.
• Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles.
• Strong communication skills with patients, physicians, and teammates.
• Ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with correct technique and positioning.
• Evaluate images for technical quality and produce diagnostic-grade results.
• Maintain clean, complete, real-time documentation in PACS/RIS/EMR.
• Manage your workflow, keep the room ready, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Prioritize tasks in a high-volume schedule with minimal supervision.
