Job summary

SimonMed Imaging seeks an X-ray Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging with precise positioning and real-time evaluation. You will adhere to ALARA principles, maintain documentation in PACS/RIS/EMR, and ensure patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The role requires ARRT certification, active licensure where required, and 1–2 years of X-ray experience. A supportive team and growth opportunities across modalities are offered.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required.
• Valid state licensure current (where required).
• 1–2 years of X-ray experience preferred; outpatient or ambulatory care experience a plus.
• Associate's degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.
• Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles.
• Strong communication skills with patients, physicians, and teammates.
• Ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with correct technique and positioning.
• Evaluate images for technical quality and produce diagnostic-grade results.
• Maintain clean, complete, real-time documentation in PACS/RIS/EMR.
• Manage own workflow and adapt to a high-volume schedule.
• Provide patient education and ensure comfort and safety.
