SimonMed Imaging is seeking an X-ray Technologist to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You will position patients, perform exams, and ensure accuracy using PACS/RIS/EMR, while adhering to ALARA principles.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) is required.
• Current state licensure where required.
• BLS certification current or in progress.
• 1–2 years of X-ray experience preferred; outpatient experience a plus.
• Associate's degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.
• Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles.
• Strong communication with patients, physicians and teammates.
• Ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with correct technique and positioning.
• Evaluate images for technical quality and produce diagnostic-grade results.
• Maintain real-time documentation and adhere to safety standards.
• Operate within PACS, RIS, and EMR systems to support clinical workflow.
• Collaborate with team and mentor rotating students.
