SimonMed Imaging is seeking an X‑Ray Technologist who delivers high‑quality diagnostic X‑ray exams with precision and compassion. You will ensure proper technique, evaluate images for quality, and document in PACS, RIS, and EMR while maintaining ALARA standards.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required.
• Valid state licensure current (where required).
• BLS certification current or in progress.
• 1–2 years of X-ray experience preferred; outpatient or ambulatory care experience a plus.
• Associate’s degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.
• Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles.
• Strong communication skills with patients, physicians, and teammates.
• Ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with correct technique and positioning.
• Evaluate own images for technical quality and produce diagnostic‑grade results.
• Maintain clean, complete, real‑time documentation in PACS/RIS/EMR.
• Manage own workflow and adapt to a high‑volume schedule with minimal supervision.
• Provide patient-centered care with clear communication and comfort measures.
