SimonMed Imaging in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist to deliver high-quality diagnostic images with precision and compassion. You will position patients, perform exams, evaluate images, and maintain patient safety and ALARA standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required
• Current state licensure
• BLS certification current or in progress
• 1–2 years of X-ray experience preferred
• Associate's degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology
• Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and EMR
• Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles
• Strong communication with patients, physicians, and teammates
• Ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision
• Willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with correct technique and positioning.
• Evaluate images for technical quality and provide diagnostic-grade results.
• Maintain ALARA principles and radiation safety in daily practice.
• Troubleshoot equipment and manage patient flow in a high-volume setting.
• Mentor students and uphold professional standards.
